Test sencillo de estabilidad de la zona media, puedes hacerlo?-Simple Core Stability Test - Can You Pass?‏

¡Hola!

Hoy sólo estoy mostrando a todos una prueba de estabilidad que usted puede probar en casa.

Esta es una prueba de movimiento funcional que mide la fuerza antes de comenzar un nuevo programa de ejercicios.

Para pasar la prueba tiene que ser capaz de completar el movimiento tres veces seguidas sin que el brazo o la pierna toquen el suelo.

1. Inicio en cuatro patas y luego levante una rodilla y la mano del mismo lado de su cuerpo (que es más difícil de lo que parece).


2. Ahora extiende tu brazo y la pierna y luego traelos de vuelta tocando el codo y la rodilla.

3. Repita este movimiento tres veces seguidas sin que el brazo o la pierna toquen el suelo.


Si usted puede pasar la prueba, es más que probable que tenga un buen nivel de estabilidad de la base y el control.

Si no, tendrá que empezar a hacer algunos ejercicios básicos funcionales para mejorar su estabilidad y el control central.

Hi,

Today I am just showing everyone a simple core stability test you can try at home.

This is a functional movement test that many professional strength and conditioning coaches use on their athletes before starting a new exercise program.

To pass the test you need to be able to complete the movement 3 times in succession without your arm or leg touching the ground.

1. Start on all fours and then lift one knee and the hand on the same side of your body (it is harder than it looks).


2. Now extend your arm and leg and then bring them back and touch your elbow to your knee.

3. Repeat this movement 3 times in succession without your arm or leg touching the ground.


If you can pass the test, you more than likely have a good level of core stability and control.

If you fail, you need to start doing some functional core exercises to improve your stability and core control.

Remember, core stability is important for surfing (and any sport for that matter) as well as for injury prevention (especially back injuries).
